Which size should I choose?
The 150 cm option has 350 branch tips; the 180 cm option has 450. Measure your intended display area and leave room around the cross arms for the cloth and any additional decorations.
Are the lights included?
Yes. Warm white LED lights are built into the tree. Use the power connection and lighting instructions supplied with the product.
What is included in the box?
The package includes the cross-shaped tree with built-in lighting, white draping cloth, rattan rings and a four-leg metal base. Flowers, extra ribbons, ornaments and tree skirts used in styled displays are not listed as included.
How do I set it up and store it?
Connect the tree sections and secure them in the stand, following the supplied instructions. Shape the branches and arrange the cloth. After the season, disconnect the power, take the sections apart and fold them down for storage.
Can I add my own decorations?
Personalize the display with your own lightweight ornaments, florals or ribbon. Keep the tree balanced, avoid overloading the branches and keep decorations clear of electrical connections.
How long do shipping and returns take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. International transit commonly takes approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after the carrier records delivery; conditions apply. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds.

Why is the price so low?
Cancelled retail orders left brand-new, fully packaged products in storage.
We bought the remaining stock directly, so you get the same new products at a lower clearance price.

Earlier this year, two of our largest retail partners cancelled their orders at the last minute. The result: thousands of brand-new units were already produced, packed, sealed and ready to ship—with nowhere to go.

Storage costs keep rising
Warehouse space costs money whether the products move or not. Every week these pallets stay on the shelf, we pay more in storage. Selling the stock at a clearance price costs less than storing inventory that should already have left.

Clearance costs less
That is why you can buy the same new product originally prepared for our retail partners at a much lower price. You save money, and we free the warehouse space.
When this overstock is gone, the clearance price ends.
