FAQ
Is it hard to set up?
The first time takes about a minute to find the balance point. After that it's about five seconds. There's a short setup guide in the box.
Will it fall off?
Once it’s set on the sweet spot it stays there. It can be knocked off if it's bumped hard, so give it a stable surface away from edges.
Does it have to stay plugged in?
Yes — the lights run off the base, so it needs to stay connected to power.
Is it noisy?
No. It's silent — no motor, no fan, no hum.
