How do I fill it?
Lift off the red roof, fill the internal water tank to the marked level, add up to three drops of the included essential oil, replace the roof and press the button on the base. The windows glow while a gentle mist rises from the chimney.
Can I change the window-light colour?
Yes. Choose a festive colour, a warm white glow or a shade that matches your room.
How much essential oil should I use?
Start with one to three drops. More oil does not always mean a better fragrance, so adjust gradually for the size and ventilation of your room.
How long does the essential-oil set last?
Each 10ml bottle provides about 66 uses at 3 drops per fill. The complete five-bottle set provides approximately 330 uses, or around 10–11 months when used once daily. This is an estimate based on about 20 drops per ml; actual yield varies.
