Shipping is free on orders over €35. Most orders are picked and packed the same business day.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 3 to 5 business days depending on your region. You get a live tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy, return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is on us.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order link in the menu, or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers over an encrypted connection. Full card details never reach our servers.
CanI change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address or details any time before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
